Today was my first day in a professional kitchen that I can rent by the hour and, hey… this thing is rolling! This morning, I made the cashew nut and culture mixture and in the afternoon, I fashioned the Peters into shapes. Working in an unfamiliar kitchen setting is not as straightforward as may seem, but I am so delighted that Thank God it’s Vegan is off to a running start!

I’ve already found 6 buyers so the first batch is sold-out, ladies and gentlemen. I’m hoping to make my first deliveries in 30 days… The next stage in the process – tomorrow - is the salting! The Future is Vegan!
